"Great hotel in the heart of Kona! Walkable to Kona Brewery, shopping, and more. Parking was paid but super convenient at the hotel. Rooms were large, clean, and had great amenities. Breakfast was the perfect way to start the day and every staff member we interacted with was kind and professional. We'll be back on our next trip to Big Island!"

"This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC. Når man bad om noget så simpelt som toiletpapir, skulle man ringe til ejer, som boede på en anden ø og vi blev viderestillet op til flere gange. Vi fik aldrig nogle toiletruller😡"

"Great location on Ali’i Drive. The house was what you would expect for a beach rental. Very well stocked. Note- I didn’t recall reading the property was NOT air conditioned. There was a great breeze at night and fans provided, but if that’s important to you, it’s worth mentioning. The waves literally lull you to sleep each night. "

"We had a wonderful time on the Big Island of Hawaii! The home was beautiful and comfortable. It is well appointed and very well stocked. The beautiful pool, hot tub and gym are close walking distance from the house. We also walked or took a very short drive to the shops nearby, which had a market, coffee/juice shop plus many other restaurants and shops. Golf course and private beach (with restaurant) very close by as well. We will definitely be back to this location!!!"

"Expedia never supplied access to the property, even after multiple calls. Property manager was no where to be found. Expedia call center didn't help or find me and my guest another place to stay, even though they said the would. I found another place to stay on my own for double what I paid Expedia. Sadly, Expedia never offered to pay for it nor have they refunded my money for the original reservation they didn't fulfill. "

"Jen is such a kind, helpful and caring host. Her room was perfect for us. We used the pool most afternoons, bought groceries to microwave two meals a day, and enjoyed a beautiful, peaceful stay. Luna the cat was adorable. Jen suggested Walua Trail for walking, which was a safe, scenic walk. We enjoyed it multiple days. The location of the room was great. We walked into Kailua as well as Keauhou and drove to Hilo, Volcanoes Park, Waikoloa, and south of Kona. We enthusiastically recommend this...
