"The property is beautiful. My family and I throughly enjoyed the environment. I would only recommend that for future references have a way of providing better directions to the property. We ask the guard at the gate for assistance with getting from entrance to the property but she had no idea where to direct us. We drove around going to all the areas until we finally found it. Other than that I have no complaints."

"It was clean and spacious. Hosts gave great recommendations on where to go. Notoya and family made us breakfast every morning and it was delicious and convenient. The gated community was safe and quiet. The pool facilities were clean. Overall, would recommend and stay here again."

"Will never EVER CONSIDER staying here again and I will never advise family or friends to come to this property. Poor communication, no cable no pool no remote for the TV. The television that they did have was broken doors open and shut all night by themselves or the wind. If you let them tell it you have to bring your own tissue. You have to bring your own Wi-Fi for Internet fire stick you had to bring your own trash bags, Netflix it was not up to par for anything other than having a roof over...

"The staff was excellent! Everyone was accommodating and very professional. The hotel was always clean and safe. We had a pool view, but still a nice view of the ocean from our balcony. Spa was terrific, as were the pools and beach. The bars were top notch. Food was hit or miss. I would recommend adding a couple of additional restaurants to accommodate the number of guests. "

"Cabana service was great. Wilford was perfect. Beach grill jerk chicken was phenomenal. Good entertainment. We stayed in an older building that was being remodeled and could’ve been a little cleaner. Only had one elevator operating. It was very relaxing and quiet for the most part. Food options were good for a three day stay. Entire staff was friendly and very helpful. Beach is small and has a lot of seaweed. "

"Property was very nice, staff very friendly and accommodating. Food was good and entertainment was great. Plenty to do. Only negative I have is we did an atv excursion through the resort and it was 400$. 80$ for a cab ride which was a 15 min ride and 300$ for a 45-1 hr atv ride. Wish I knew that before booking as we would have done a different excursion. But resort as a whole was great. "

"The property was beautiful and offered great views and even had a small private pool. The space was welcoming and large, perfect for a small family! We do recommend the resort, especially during hot months, to have the AC units serviced appropriately as there aren’t many close dining options so most meals are prepared in the home, and no AC in the kitchen was miserably hot. We did have a difficult time after check in to get in touch with the resort to arrange transportation in a timely manner....

"Worst experience I have ever had. I been traveling for years and have been to 39 countries. This was by far the worst stay I’ve had. The owner of this property has his mom (Neema) running this place and she was the worst part of the experience. She is super mean and talks to you like you’re dumb. We stayed here for my sisters wedding and everything that was promised was a scam. She says one thing and does another. We ordered a private chef and she ended up trying to send us premade breakfast....

"Lovely property and the staff were great. Only hiccup was checking in. We arrived before the 3 pm check-in and were told our room would be ready shortly but waited over 3 hours and after 3 pm for our room to be ready. The only blemish on a great trip. Feeod and drinkare are expensive (even by NY prices) but everything was well done so we did not mind paying "
