"The resort is gorgeous. We had a swim up room in the new building. The views are breathtaking. The food was good. We had 2 dinners there. Lunch every day and breakfast. We never had to worry about getting a lounge chair. Most of all the staff goes above and beyond to help you. Especially want to thank everyone at JoJo’s. The bartenders all knew our names. Abiel was fantastic from our welcome to our last night. "

"Our stay was very comfortable. We thought we had booked the deluxe garden room, but unfortunately we had not. The front desk person Sandy, was very accommodating, and was able to get us a room w/a garden view. The gentleman Desir, took our bags to the 3rd floor, only to have to bring them back down again. He did all this w/a smile on his face. Jodi, the concierge, was excellent! She explained the Fish Fry event to us, made the arrangements for the cab to get us there, advised us about the...

"Great location especially the beach side it’s not so crowded being it’s a small resort you aren’t sitting on top of other people. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We stayed in 2 bedroom ocean front and it was so comfortable with the large balcony. It’s perfect for families "

"Staff was very helpful. If you don't have any car rented , hotel provide a free shutter service to Grace bay beach (ask at the reception). I took the service with my family the first day and it was good. Shutter service is also available at the hotel to the airport. Area around the property is poor. Property is located on the old airport road which looks abandoned. However, it is walking distance from Smart supermarket. "

"We had a rental car so we didn't care too much about the location but it turned out that location of this hotel was pretty good. Walking distance to fish fry on Thursdays and to Mr. Grooper restaurant. Beach is short ride on golf cart with driver Daniel who is relly awesome.Hotel provides lounges,umbrellas and towels for you. "While this property is older, they have done a great job with making it look nice, welcoming, and appealing. The staff was so friendly and would make it a priority to say Hello when they saw you. The bartender and waitresses would remember our room and drinks to have ready for us when we asked. The view from the oceanfront rooms was breathtaking. You can sit on your private space to read, enjoy the sound of the waves just beyond, or even take a nap. They have a little tub of water to help...
