"We had a fantastic stay. Everything was 10/10. The house was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Julian was a pleasure to work with and answered all our questions. The location of the house is right on the beach, which is crowded (we were there over Christmas so might have been the time of year), but the home comes with lounge chairs and we had plenty of the beach to ourselves. The heated pool was also delightful. We would definitely return to this home on beautiful Turks & Caicos!"

"This place was in incredible. You have to fly into Provinciales, take a 15 minute taxi ride (which the concierge for this Josie will set up for you,) and take a 30 minute ferry ride (also set up by concierge upon request.) We had a rental car waiting for us and drove the short drive to the house. Once we were there, we never had to leave. Perfect pool. Ping pong table. Our own private beach. Billiards. Games. Books. Views. Everything. It is not perfect. It is subject to the weather and elements,...

"My family, ranging from ages 70 to 2 years old stayed here for a week. We found the property had everything we needed, and the beach was calm and stunning. We did have to drive quite a bit to any activities, groceries, or restaurants."

"This place is so perfect - the views are breathtaking. It is centrally located on the island so you can travel to adventures on one end or the other - car/jeep is a must. The sun on the pool is perfect. Our Property Manager Terri was so communcative! If we had to add anything it would be a cookie sheet (we cooked 2 meals a day at the house) and more furniture in the den for movie watching but, it was perfect for us. We will be back for sure!!!"

"We stayed here after 4 months cruising on our sailboat. We needed a place to stay while off loading our boat and prepare it for storage. There are several beaches nearby for enjoying the water. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. The views are spectacular, the kayaking is great. Easy in and out access on the waters edge and dock. Outdoor spaces are also very nice."

"Our stay was fabulous. The home is beautiful and ideally located. I do recommend that you rent a car. We had our three grown children and their girlfriends. We had the best time. The kitchen is so well furnished. And the outdoor patio and seating is spacious and perfect for large groups. 10/10!!"
