"This was the perfect spot for our sister in laws getaway! The host provided a lot of information prior to our stay on how to access the unit, events in the area, and what to expect. "The property itself was very clean, with everything a house of 8 could ever need. Adequate space for all of us, and our hosts were so gracious and accommodating to every need, going out of their way to ensure that we had everything and more! Will note that unless 1 sleeps on the floor, suits 7 comfortably. Surely will come back to Canmore just to stay at this house again. Thank you very much! "

"The property was very clean and had all the amenities required. It backs right onto the railway though and trains passing in the night can be quite loud, so maybe best to bring earplugs. There is no central AC, but there are portable air conditioners. One of the rooms doesn't have a wall, it's just open into the living room area, so a little less privacy than expected. Overall it was a good place to stay."

"Our chalet was just as advertised and was very clean. I had no problem communicating with our host (Wei) through emails. We had a slight problem with finding the Lodge due to no street signs (we had not cell phone service). Otherwise, her instructions were easy to follow. The location provided quick access to Banff and Canmore. It really was a great place for our basecamp."

"Over the last 4 years we have visited Mystic Springs a few times a year. My family and I love coming here and always feel at home at Mystic Springs. "We had a nice, large room with a small, but fully equiped kitchen which was really good! The location was fine - about 30 min walk to downtown. The shuttle also stops right outside the hotel every 30-60 min - the hotel provides a complimentary bus pass, and the shuttle takes you right downtown in 5 min. The bus pass also works for the shuttle to the gondola, the hot springs and Minnewanka lake."
