The standard of the room was so poor, so rundown, the room stank of chlorine (which is used everywhere) that I had to upgrade myself to the other towers. Check-in was not until 4pm. When asking the various concierges about information on tours, excursions and what to do during my stay they had very few options and were unable to...

"Service var i top, de ansatte var så søde. Lokation var perfekt, rigtig lækker strand. MEN hotellet var så slidt og ulækkert, der lugtede af mug på værelserne, aircondition larmede enormt meget, møblerne var ødelagt og malingen krakeleret. Det lignede slet ikke noget nær billederne. Tæppet på værelset var så beskidt at min datter på 8 måneder fik sorte knæ af at kravle på det. Kommer ikke tilbage igen."

"I enjoyed our experience at this resort. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The resort was clean and comfortable. I would definitely hear again. My only issue was there is no where to go when it rains except your room and the stray dogs got to be a bit much when trying to walk the resort. I wish there were more areas that walk.
