"Room was clean. Husband warned me minimal. But plug ins didn't work by the bed. Had to ask for towels. A room for 4 only had 2 towels. I wasn't impressed. "

"The grounds are well kept, and the hotel l itself and the room itself was clean and well maintained. My only problem with the room was the shower head was about 5' 9" on the wall, and I'm 6'1", but I made it work. The casino has lots of electronic gaming, but no tables. But, I'm not much of a gambler, so it makes no difference to me. Overall, I'd recommend. "

"Ikke et gammelt slot men en ombygget gammel amunitionsgarage, Ikke muligt med aftensmad efter kl 19 (kokken gået hjem). Morgenmad totalt uorganiseret - man skulle selv hente sin ,morgenmad ude i køkkenet !! "

"We had a wonderful time and stay at your hotel. Very pleasant staff, helpful and the hotel is very clean. The only thing I think the rooms could use is directions on how to use the tv guide. "

"Hotel had a wonderful fitness center-better than most full size gyms I have been to. Staff was very helpful and the place was an overall clean, quiet place that worked out great for. my visiti to Utica."

"My only critique is the heating inside the hotel, the bad wifi, and no tv service. The hotel was very cold, I even asked the staff if this was normal and was told yes. I had NO wifi and tv service. I tried to connect multiple times to wifi guest with no success. I tried to watch regular tv and i got nothing. I ended up using the Pluto tv app. OTHER than this minor inconveniences, the staff is Awesome, the bar is good, pool was heated which was good, everything is clean and organize. I will come...

"We attended a concert at the casino and stayed at the hilto . The hotel is very clean and also ran a shuttle bus to and from the hotel 24/7 so it saved us the drive. They had a breakfast buffet that was free and a nice pool and workout room. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again."
