"The people were very friendly and professional. One thing i would suggest is extending breakfast padt 9 am to at least 10 am. I dont always want to get up early, especially on weekends."

"First off it's not at Turning Stone nor is it Oneida IndiSn Nation owned. It's located across route 365 from TS but it offers free shuttle service over to the casino. We enjoyed they stay which was just to swim and sit in the hot tub. The pool had a thermometer that showed about 77 78 degrees, a little cool but the hot tub was nearly scalding hot. Room was clean, beds a little hard, hotel common areas were nice and clean and staff was very nice and helpful. Free breakfast was what we expected,...

"It was OK, I think if they want to host hockey families, they need to not space them out between 4 floors. They are a group of kids that want to have fun and hang out with their friends. It’s an expensive sport and expensive stay only to get yelled at when its not even your kids or when you are just sitting in the lobby hanging out with food you bought for your group just to get reprimanded like we are 10 year old kids. "It’s very clean with such friendly staff and an amazing array of foods for breakfast!!! I will stay again! The only thing I would say is that the bed had a metal frame and was noisy if you moved!! All in all it was a pleasant stay. "
