"The property grounds are very well maintained and has one of the nicest/pettiest beaches on the island. Its a 5 minute walk to Jolly Harbour Marina, so it was very easy to get to excursion pick ups and offsite restaurants! The food options at the property were limited, no room service and no refrigerator/mini bar in room. For the price it was worth it."

"Very romantic, great customer service, anything you ask for they will go above and beyond to try to accommodate. The scenery is beautiful. We were in one of the furthest cottages and loved the privacy and the frogs and waves crashing at night we could hear even with the door closed it was like a natural sound machine. We never went hungry and it was so nice having table service for every meal. Highly recommend!"

"Everything was good about my stay besides the food, it was really mediocre but what else do you expect at an all inclusive restaurant. Also, room had a slight funny smell when you enter. "There are many good things to say about this hotel - primarily the beaches, the swimming pool and the really good service in the reception and the restaurant. For an all inclusive at this level the kitchen is not bad. However, the hotel could do with a makeover almost everywhere - broken tiles, beach beds and toilet seats. The management should use some of their enthusiasm on giving the hotel a needed face lift."

"Galley Bay Resort is absolutely gorgeous. It is almost as if you have the beach to yourself. The staff is the most friendly and accommodating we have ever experienced. "Getting to the hotel by airport taxi was fairly easy. The room was cleaned every day, I enjoyed my aromatherapy back massage at the hotel spa. Most of my breakfast was at the restaurant on the English harbor and enjoyed that too. I had a lovely balcony room overlooking the harbor so that was nice! "It is conveniently located next to a larger hotel with a restaurant and bar however I recommend stopping at a store on your way in to buy food/beverages as there are not a lot of places around and the hotel next door is very expensive. Staff was responsive. Our AC unit in the kitchenette was not working (there is one in the bedroom and one in the kitchenette) and when we communicated this they made arrangements to replace the unit.
