"Very clean and new! Really nice unit and well stocked for stay! Close to all downtown Auburn can walk to just about anything! Loved its location, it is a college town! We were very close to one of the local hangouts and it was fine! Yes, you could hear the noise but didn't keep us awake! Really great unit."

"I attended a conference during the week and this location as well as price could not be beaten. The room was spacious (like a studio apartment) and had more than ample amenities. It was clean, bright and surprisingly quiet for being downtown. Tons of great restaurant nearby as well. If I am ever back in Auburn, I'll be staying here!"

"New building. Clean. Great location for walking everywhere. Just keep in mind you are next to the sky bar and some students do live in the building. Sound machine in rooms a nice addition. TV’s in the rooms and basic cable would be nice if I am being picky."

"Awesome location and lots of space! Auburn beat TN in basketball the Saturday night we were there, and we had a front row seat to watch all the fun unfold at Toomer's corner by just stepping out on the patio. As described in the listing; it is located next to loud late night bars but the sound machines were great and had no problem sleeping. Thanks so much; would definitely book again!"

"While tiny, this little condo was perfect for us! We had a nice view of the ocean from the top floor, and we also enjoyed seeing the lagoon from the windows on our way back and forth from the lobby. The oceanfront was a short and easy trip across the street with a well lit board walk. We enjoyed sunrises from our window view and sunsets on the beach. Great find!"
