"The place was very nice. There were a few issues that I spoke to the owner about. The mattresses in the two bunk bed rooms were heavy stained. The owner said that the front bunk room was stained due to a leaky AC problem which was fix. Still looks bad if that is the cause. The back bunk room was terribly stained. Make sure you bring extra toilet paper because you will only get one roll per bathroom. Also, there was no soap for the kitchen as well as no trash bags. A note on the refrigerator said...

"What a beautiful view right from the porch!!"

"Really neat little place. The nostalgia of the old jailhouse added to its charm. Close to downtown shopping and dining. Providence Canyon is a short drive away and a must when visiting the area. We will be back to stay again."

"This house is located within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. This is our second stay. Really enjoyed our stay!"

"The home is as described. Very clean !! The only thing I could see that needed replaced was the can opener. There are two there but neither works The walk to the beach is very easy !"

"A very nice, quiet, location on a hilltop with a view. Our goal was to go birdwatching at the refuge and this was conveniently located to that as well as easy to get downtown for shopping and restaurants. For us, birding on the property was also enjoyable. Just the type of place we love to stay. Everything inside was clean, cozy and well decorated, even some homey Christmas decorations. The host’s artwork is on the walls and it complements the lake are beautifully. "
