They allowed dogs, was one house off the sand, had great views of the beach/ocean/jetty from the patio, easy access to grocery and food options, plus there was a fire pit, sauna, and hot tub! "The villa has a lot of atmosphere. It is an old house, which gives it a lot of character, some things may call for a bit of upkeep at first sight, but you forget once you settle down in the wonderful house and garden. The house is in a small, very close community, and even though there are many neighbors, it is extremely quiet and very safe and welcoming. People constantly walking their dogs - which we like, we love dogs. Laguna and Dana Point just around the corner. Great shopping in the area....
