"Mr Clark was extremely fast communicating back with me even during one of the worst possible times this area has seen. I didn’t get to stay unfortunately only due to the hurricane that swept the roads away. I plan on scheduling another time to stay here solely based on how great the host were during that time and leading up to it. "Like staying at Grandma’s house! Sweet little cottage in a private location. Plenty of room in yard for children or a dog to run (the yard is not enclosed). There are four grocery stores nearby, and it is very convenient to Weaverville and 20 minutes to Asheville (with no traffic). The kitchen is well-supplied. We spent most of our time in the cozy living room."

The location of this home is convenient to a lot of places, but yet when you are at the place, you feel like you are far away from everything. The house is beautiful inside and out. The outdoor deck was our go to spot every moment we were at the home. I always love a place that provides the linens. So double thumbs up for that. "Wow....this house exceeded all of our expectations.... a fabulous secluded location and just a very short drive to the town of Black Mountain (which is very cool). Everything you need is within a couple of minute drive. The house is new, very well appointed and very clean. The large lot provides a lot of privacy with a great fire pit for evening socializing in a natural setting. You can get to Asheville and all of it's amenities in about 15 easy minutes. We highly recommend this property...........
