"Due to the horrible devastation in Asheville we considered canceling our trip. I’m so glad we didn’t. The host was very helpful and the house was so cute and had everything we needed. It was so clean , comfortable and on a quiet street. It is convenient to downtown and the Biltmore. The River arts district needs the support of visitors. Thanks Georgia for a lovely getaway. "

"Awesome Cabin and location with mountain ridge view; Road up slightly rugged. Cabin is very clean, incredible wood work inside. Porch is also a great place to have coffee, or beer & chill with the nice garden and mountain view. This was our second visit. We have had minimal interaction with owner since there was nothing needed. We had quick response to the questions we had last year."

"Mr Clark was extremely fast communicating back with me even during one of the worst possible times this area has seen. I didn’t get to stay unfortunately only due to the hurricane that swept the roads away. I plan on scheduling another time to stay here solely based on how great the host were during that time and leading up to it. The cabin itself had everything we wanted and needed for a great vacation. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed a 3-night stay at Grand Eagle, gathering with old friends to reconnect and relax. Everything was as promised - the house was super-clean, well-appointed, comfortable, fun and in a gorgeous setting, with LOTS of room to roam both inside and out. Complete privacy and quiet. We're lucky to live just an hour away, so our focus was on simply hanging out - eating, talking and enjoying good wine in front of the fireplaces, playing pool and the other arcade games for exercise, LOL....

"The location in terms of close to things- is super terrific. We walked to many lovely restaurants, very cool shopping and the pinball museum in my husband's case! I gave a 4 instead of 5 because of the pot smell from downstairs (next door.) Ask for instructions about AC as it might be unfamiliar, but it works well. The owner and manager communicate VERY well and made things very easy. The condo is spacious and appointed excellently. All in all a wonderful stay. "

"The house is the perfect set up for 2 couples. A king en suite on opposite sides of the house. The screeded in porch was wonderful to gather at the end of the day. All needed amenities were there. Wooded hilly location was very pretty. Most things we wanted to do were within a 20 minute drive. Hosts were very responsive and nice. Will definitely stay again when in Asheville."
