Nothing special and here is the issue - they believe they are special - but at Best impossible Big with to many facilities or at worst out sourced francises with no quality control. "Overall we had a good weekend stay. We didn’t spend much time at the hotel but the bed was comfy and the pillows good. "The staff members were friendly. They greeted us each time we went in and out The person working the front desk when we checked in was slammed when 5 people were checking in at the same time and the computer system was not cooperating. There was also a drunk hotel guest she was dealing with. She was doing a great job trying to check people in while keeping an eye on the drunk guest. The cleaning team was great as well. We had to switch rooms because the blinds in our first room didn’t work....

"We absolutely love all the art and the creativity in the design of this property. We wanted to explore the downtown area within walking distance of the hotel but the hotel is so nice and comfortable and the artwork all around it was an easy decision to stay inside the hotel. "I already had a reservation, but called the morning of checking in and asked for an interior room away from as much noise as possible. Katie took care of me right away and when I got there that evening, I had a clean and quiet room. One of the best nights of sleep that I’ve ever had while traveling. There’s was even a hand written note with some a drink and some snacks to welcome me. Very nice touch!"
