"The staff were all amazing very nice and attentive. My t.v. Didn’t work my first night and they changed rooms right away. The rooms are very old and run down and got cold so I had to get up and turn the heat on then get back up to turn it off when it got too hot. "

"The room was immaculate! Very nice renovation to a historic building steps from the busy downtown area. This is a “Satellite hotel” so no front desk and Hotels.com messed up the booking emails. There were no instructions sent as to how to check in and get the WiFi. The staff sprung into action, was friendly & very helpful in getting me in and settled. Great lil cocktail lounge and good coffee. "

"The staff was very accommodating and friendly. When there was a mechanical issue with the door, they were apologetic and fixed the problem very quickly. The room was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable and clean. The back door to the courtyard was convenient for taking my dog out. The room was quiet and heat worked well. The price was also affordable and fair. "

"Hotel was decorated nicely and walking distance to nearby restaurants. My sister in law had some issues with the tv in her room and they were quick to respond and fix the problem. We were lucky enough to get some snow during our stay, which made it more magical."

"Comfortable housing and amenities. We enjoyed our time here - 3 nights. Management was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy. The kids liked the pool and playground and the pond with its fountains and ducks. I liked having the washer/dryer in the home. There were a few things lacking such as dish towels, kitchen utensils/colander, a couple of hand towels, and a fire starter for the community fire pit."

"The cabin was very cozy and comfortable. My son loved having the upstairs loft as his man cave. There’s a small pond just out front and the setting is beautiful. Definitely would stay again!"

"It was mesmerizing waking in the loft and looking out at the mountains in the morning. The San Juans are my favorite mountains in Colorado. This place was perfect. Easy access to Ouray and Telluride, with nice food and coffee in Ridgway. Just a chill and relaxed time — I love it. "

"Beautiful property away from the hustle and bustle of a town,yet oh so close. Great amenities- washer dryer, kitchen well stocked with some supplies and plenty of utensils, dishes etc, to cook. We ate breakfast dinner each night of our stay at home. Beds, pillows, comforters, linens very comfortable . Great additions: lighted fireplace and indoor hot tub!
