"We stayed for the weekend on our moms/birthday celebration. Check in process was easy. House was very accommodating for our group of 5. Clean and smelled good when we walked in. Close enough to ride on trolley and not have to drive your vehicle around. Just a short walk to the trolley pick up station and close by are restaurants and bars. "This is a wonderful historic property with great details in a great location. I have never stayed at a holiday rental that was as well-equipped as this one. The kitchen had everything you needed, there was a full linen closet, the bathroom came stocked with all sorts of items that you might have forgotten for your trip. Robert is on-site, friendly, and hospitable. We had a great time."

"Location is okay. Understood near French Quarter but about 25 min away. Got there and we heard a dog barking in the house in a back room, door locked. Turns out that's another single room type rental separated by a regular room door. Lesson learned read the whole description, but pets allowed means you may have barking dogs (along with tv and voices and I'm sure they heard ours) inside the other room. Shared backyard. "Location is very good just 10 minutes walk from the French Quarter. Apartment is in good shape and very spacious. Getting into the apartment is difficult, use need to read instruction carefully. Did book for 3 adults, but there was no duvet for the 3rd person. I reached out the the service team on the Sonder app, but never got that duvet. 3rd person to sleep in sofa bed in living room, which is OK ( I knew by booking), but the sofa bed was not suitable for any person weighing more than 70...

"The cabins are large but a bit run down and cleaning is a little below standard. Beds where however clean and extremely soft. The surrounding area is industrial and the Resort is primarily for RV's. It has a restaurant and a small shop plus a large guest laundry. Not a bad experience and price is good. "
