Dejlig mexicansk stil 4 soveværelser Casa. Beliggende i Isla Mujeres Punta Sur, tilbyder fantastiske solopgang og solnedgang udsigt!

Casa tilbyder 4 soveværelser og 3 badeværelser, der sover op til 8 gæster. De nedenunder værelser har et forbinder badeværelse, der forbinder begge værelser. Et værelse har en queensize seng, et skab med pengeskab; Det andet rum har 2 enkeltsenge og en dør, der forbinder til nedenunder gated terrasse.
Huset byder på et fuldt udstyret køkken med alt hvad du behøver for at føle dig hjemme, alle apparater, kaffemaskine, mikrobølgeovn mv! Opholdsstuen har kabel-tv og spisestue med plads til op til 6 personer.
På andet niveau af huset finder du de 2 master soveværelser, hver tilbyder et komplet badeværelse, et skab og havudsigt balkon med stole. Et af værelserne har en uafhængig adgang fra huset, hvis du ikke ønsker at forstyrre de nedenstående gæster, når du kommer tilbage sent om aftenen.

Der er store haveområder i fronten og bagsiden af huset, der er parkeringsplads i forsiden af huset, der er sikret ved indgangen. Bagsiden gårdhave tilbyder en stor pool med et par solsenge samt et skyggefuldt Palapa område med en bar og bord og stole til et godt måltid udenfor. Der er også et komplet badeværelse udenfor i Palapa.

Beautiful location w/beautiful views
I would say communication was great they set up our shuttle to and from the airport and had our golf carts at the property upon our arrival. When we arrived to the property the concierge was there waiting and went through the house with us. The first night we were tired we got in around 9pm ish and we had traveled starting at 3am lol the next day I noticed things to not be the cleanest, the fans in the rooms had alot a lot of dust build up on them, the lamp covers are very stained, the sliding doors in each room upstairs don’t lock. There were ants in the kitchen like 10000s near the kitchen window onto the counter and since we didn’t see them at first they infested anything we had left on the counters so that was a bummer. The showers do not hold much warm water at all and the pool was freezing so it wasn’t used. These things are not HUGE things to make it so our trip was ruined by any means the house is a nice size the bedrooms are also great sizes. I just think they need to put a little more effort into cleaning to me it seemed like it’s just wiped down and then the next family comes. I kept finding rat poo in the kitchen and in our bathroom ie we are from Mexico so we get it but not everyone coming would be a custom to that other then that this house was great the management was also great and very responsive! We really enjoyed our time thank you so much for hosting us!!! We made a lot of memeories!!

Very Nice

Family Vacay
The house was amazing! Very spacious, lots of lounging areas. My family spent alot of our down time at Casa del Sol, whether theyni were hanging out in their rooms, relaxing in the pool or watching tv, it suited us just perfectly! The views from every room were amazing!

Perfect Location
The property was well suited to our needs. We really enjoyed the backyard with the pool and pool house. It was nice that every room had their own bathroom. The area was quiet but had some excellent restaurants within walking distance. 10 out of 10 recommend

Not what it looks like but not bad at all.
Let me just start by saying after the first couple days we absolutely enjoyed our stay, would we stay again? Yes, now knowing what we were going into. To start the photos in the listing are at least a few years old, the house is not yellow, it's all the brown color and all the green vines are gone so the front looks much different. The property management team that met us was lovely and the owners we ended up dealing with were magnificent. The a/c worked amazingly in every room, the kitchen was stocked well and a great size and the pool was incredible. However, the cleaning team is incredibly lacking and the house needed a few things fixed. The security gates were off and thrown in the yard, which the owners had done as soon as they were aware, the one suit upstairs, couldn't open the sliding doors because they would fall off, the other suit didn't have anywhere to unpack your things, all the bedding consisted of was a sheet and an empty duvet cover no extra blankets and no part of the kitchenette in the one suit worked but the fridge, which was fine. The BBQ was a little hibatchi style and was full of water and totally ruined, there are several chipped and loose tiles on the main stairs and I don't recommend using the washer. On the plus side every room had lots of towels for pool and shower, the beds and pillows are comfy, and the shower had pretty decent pressure, it's definitely not a new house but it is large with lots of space and on a gorgeous part of the island.

Beautiful Home, good views and great layout
Not only did we enjoy this home but we found ourselves thinking how great this home could be for 3 couples or such. There is a living space in the middle, 3 seperate spaces.. one includes twins matched with a king sharing a jack and jill bathroom. The pool was great. The check in included a personal tour and walk thru. Overall, we had a geat time in Isla and this place was awesome.

Comfortable home in great location
House was very comfortable with lots of space and a nice pool and yard. The rooms are separated which is great for privacy but something to consider with little kids. The house location is great with restaurants and beaches near by and not mich of a trip to get to the much more busy North part of the island. Overall a very nice place and I would recommend.

Casa del Sol
This is by far one of my favorite stays ever. I love isla and coming to Mexico every year, this time I came with friends. This Vrbo was beautiful and perfect, with plenty of rooms and privacy for my friends. We each had our own rooms and a common area for when we would get together for drinking, grilling and hanging out. The pool was great to have, the views on the rooftop for sunrises and sunsets were beautiful, we loved having the washing machine, and help was always available. The location is on the south end, which was perfect for us, the views are incredible, and there are so many great restaurants and bars around us, many within walking distance.

Best of the best!
This is my third trip to Isla Mujeres and the best one yet! The house was great for many reasons- clean, affordable, great layout for multiple families needing their own space, beautifully landscaped, quiet neighborhood and incredible views off of each balcony. We rented a golf cart while staying here; a must for both necessity and fun factor. Our concierge, Jan, was easy to reach, promptly responded each time I reached out on WhatsApp, offered great food recommendations (Kin Ha for sunsets- I HIGHLY recommend) and helpful with arranging a taxi ride back to the ferry after returning our golf cart and checking out of Casa Del Sol. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

Great time on Isla Mujeres
This house was fine for us. The living spaces are all divided up. Meaning you have to walk out of the bedroom, into the open air courtyard, then in through the entrance to another bedroom, or kitchen. The "Courtyard" is actually enclosed on three sides with a gate to the exterior on the fourth, so it's no issue, it just wasn't all that clear to me from the pictures. The master suites (there are two) both did not have good privacy on the toilet area. One didn't have door, and the other had a half door (like in a public restroom) that was a double swing. Some people in my party found that not having a door to the toilet was a bit off-putting. The layout is two master suites (one up stairs to the right and one up to the left). Downstairs there is the two smaller bedrooms with jack and jill bathroom (that does have a door) and the kitchen / living room is opposite. The host provided complimentary bottled water, which I really appreciated. The pool area has morning sun, and afternoon shade in case that makes a difference to you. The cabana area is nice also.

Great home and location on South end
Overall this house was a great pick. I gave it a 4 rating as the air conditioning was broken in two of the rooms and two units had to be replaced the day after we arrived. It was so hot, that it was unbearable for two of the children to sleep, that my daughter had to find another VRBO to stay at for the night. Otherwise, the home was in a great location on South Beach, had all the amenities needed and a perfect set up. Would definitely stay recommend this home and stay here again.

Spacious house with pristine views in a peaceful neighborhood
Beautiful views of the sunrise and eastern coast of the island. Walking distance to punta sur. Showers were hot with good water pressure. Pool was perfect temp with partial shade after 3 pm. Not so isolated where you can't find good restaurants nearby. Good AC in every room.

The Vrbo was as advertised. Well equipped and clean in a lovely quiet area of Isla Mujeres. There was coffee awaiting us, and 24 galloons of bottled water. The pool was perfect for four adults. The propane grill was old, but functional. Jan Carlos and Jennifer were great about responding to two calls on property issues (one missing dowel to secure a window and an air conditioner that stopped working), resolving both very issues very quickly. They also gave us some suggestions for local shops or restaurants. Would be happy to stay there again.

Relaxing bachelorette weekend
Myself and 4 of my friends stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate the upcoming wedding of one of us. The house was exactly as described. Beautiful, open and with a great view and warm pool. We had no issues except a leaking water jug that they came and addressed immediately. Chris and Juan Pedro met us at the house, and once they saw that we didn't have transportation and it was getting late for a food run, Chris ran 2 of us to the market with his golf cart so we would have some snacks to tide us over for the evening and next morning. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Casa Del Sol. Definitely would come back again!

Stunning free with great space for 2 families
Jennifer with MUNDACA was wonderful. Super accommodating. House worked well for our 2 families. Kitchen had all the basics. Pool was nice for the kids to play in. Punta Sur is within walking distance. Highly recommend golf cart travel around the island. We had a blast!
