"This property is very quiet and peaceful. Because of its location being close to downtown it was a great place to stay in order to get to anywhere in the city. The house was well stocked with supplies and very clean and comfortable! The only issue we had was the cable tv. It would not stay on in the living room, but that was ok because we were out and about most of the time we were there. So if you use the apps be sure to use your own passwords to sign in. "This was a very nice property in the heart of siesta key. Perfect for our long weekend. Only complaint was the noise from the air conditioner kicking on but wasn’t enough to not give this place anything less than a 5 star rating. The communication and cleanliness of the property was amazing "

"We had a mostly positive experience! The location can’t be beat. The pool is just as beautiful and nice in person as the pictures. We did have an issue with having to be very quiet. We were in the upstairs apartment and because of the wooden floors, any noise we made disturbed the guests staying below us. Other than that issue, we had a great stay and would love to come back. "

"This place felt like home away from home! It was a nice touch to have water bottles in the fridge for us. There are beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys you can use if you plan to spend the day at the beach. It has a decent size kitchenette to cook. "We came down to visit the family and go to the beach. The duplex was wonderful. It was quiet and had plenty of room for the two of us. The fenced backyard was great for our dog. It was super close to the beach as we only had to walk a block over and a block up, so it was great for morning and evening walks on the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. We will be sure to stay there again when we come back."
