"Spent 4 peaceful and relaxing nights in a fale, nice to sleep right on the beach, hearing nothing but the sea. Breakfast included (pancakes, toast, fruit, sausages) was plentiful and tasty, filled us up for the day. The fale was comfortable and just about big enough for 2 people and our luggage. Mosquito net provided was a little hole-y but it did the job. Excellent snorkeling out on the reef which is easily accessible. Dinner and drinks at the bar were great, with friendly service. "We absolutely adored it. It's a beautiful resort with great facilities. The breakfast was tasty and with options. The staff was definitely the highlight; all of them were kind and friendly. We loved our stay at Le Uaina and definitely would repeat it."

"URGENT: do not stay unless you want you room to be broken into and all you money/ items stolen by the owners kids and family. On my last night after an amazing trip in Samoa I took a shower in this time the owner's son and nephew broke into my room stealing over $700 tala and items. This was denied by the whole family and water works put on knowing I had to leave in a few hours to the airport to fly back to Australia. "Only rated a four star due to waiting an hour for food to be cooked and brought to our. Sometimes we odered lamb but they bought chicken and there were multiple things that were out of order but were not removed from the menu. h"

"Excellent customer service by all. I stayed 5 nights here with my 80 & 84 year parents. The staff were very accommodating to their needs and treated them with the utmost respect. They were loving, caring and professional always greeting you with a smile. Front house staff right through to the back house, kitchen, cleaners were a joy to deal with. We highly recommend Insel to those visiting Samoa it will be your home away from home with Island feels. "

"We booked 2 nights in a room with shared bathroom and shower. Both the rooms, toilets and showers are clean and with hot water. The hotel is placed close to the city of Apia and it is very easy to grab a taxi from the hotel. The pool is nice and the breakfast is good and varies each day. There is a common room at the reception with a pool table, board games etc. The owner helped us plan our stay here in Samoa, recommending things to see and hotels to book which was very helpful to us! "Sheraton is a must if you are looking for accommodation in Samoa. Rooms were amazing and food was even better. Customer service was absolutely top tier and every single staff member were extremely kind and super helpful. Be sure to also check out their fiafia night as you will not be disappointed. Special mention to Henry and bar staff Mareko & Tino for always going above and beyond for us! "
