"We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready, which is of course fully understandable. But when we came back after check-in start time, we still had to wait a while for the room, which shouldn’t have been necessary. Parking is crazy expensive, but that seems to be the case in all Vancouver, so not a reflection of this place per se. The sofa bed in the room was not at all suitable for anyone to sleep in - it was literally not a mattress but a steel wire construction with a blanket and sheet on top....

"Very nice hotel. Upgrades were very well done. It looks modern and clean. Love the valet parking, with a text. You simply order your vehicle via text when you want it - very handy. Great check-in and check-out options - loved that you could stay until Noon. We will return to this hotel again. "

"Everything was ok here. Room was nice, receptionist was also nice. But breakfast was not so good. Only bread and drinks. There was no any greens stuffs. There could be more items like egg, bacon, sausage, salads, pancakes etc. I hope they will consider it. Thanks."
