"Sonder Arlo have been a perfect place to spend 4 nights for 3 people on our semi road-trip around Canada. We got great service from staff and the quality of the rooms, kitchen and two bathrooms in our 1 bedroom apartment was great. Only little minus is that parking only is offered in another Sonder two blocks away and if you have a larger car it can be kinda scary to use as it is very narrow parking garage. So maybe explore other parking options. "

"In a word : friction. The concept is self-serve, but the process is just poor. Checkin requires lengthy account creation, pass-port and face scanning, multiple and aggressive reminder emails and texts. Building access is through complicated codes on worn keypads. There is no front desk reception. No daily cleaning of rooms (and hence no coffee refills etc.). The building and rooms are nice. Nice gym. But the concept tries to minimise staff costs so much so, that it's just not a good experience. "
