"A cottage well equipped to make meals, enjoy sunsets in porch without worry of mosquitos, equipment for folks who enjoy water sports. However, no TV coverage, only WIFI so evenings , if not folks who enjoy doing games, watching DVDs, evenings can be boring. Toilet usage can be a bit troublesome if a large group as takes time for removal of wastes via toilet. Overall, for us, it met our needs. "

"Had a lovely last minute visit with 2 friends. Beautiful moonlight over the lake, meals on the deck and swims in the lake. We canoed, paddle boarded and biked in the area - 5 kms to the recreational trail. Ceiling in the loft is probably low for most adults. Scott was very easy to communicate with"

"Our family greatly enjoyed our week staying in Watercombe. The waterfront is stunning and we frequently took out the kayaks to explore the bay. All amenities worked very well for us. One note for anyone staying longer (we stayed for a full week) would be that trash and recycling have to be driven out to the main road on collection day and there is not an outdoor bin to store a trash should you generate more than one bag."

"WE had a family vacation with 4 children 9-18 years and 6 adults. The place is as described, but one needs to read the description carefully - see next re water access. The access to the water is not easy as it is down a path through rocks and when you get to the water it is all green and slimy with a dock covered in goose poop. Checkin requires lengthy account creation, pass-port and face scanning, multiple and aggressive reminder emails and texts. Building access is through complicated codes on worn keypads. "Sonder Arlo have been a perfect place to spend 4 nights for 3 people on our semi road-trip around Canada. We got great service from staff and the quality of the rooms, kitchen and two bathrooms in our 1 bedroom apartment was great. Only little minus is that parking only is offered in another Sonder two blocks away and if you have a larger car it can be kinda scary to use as it is very narrow parking garage. So maybe explore other parking options. "
