"In general, it was ok. But I think the staff can be better. Some parts of the hotel look old and needs some maintenance (for example, the cover of the key reader in my room fell out and the sign of the hotel in the top looks old). Regarding the staff, I arrived a little bit early (like 45 minutes) and I asked the lady in the front desk if she could check in earlier and she said there was no way and when I asked for options, she just keep saying no. The two concierges, Sergio and Stephanie could not have been more friendly and welcoming and both were extremely helpful in addressing every question and need we had. When we arrived, there was an issue with our room but they quickly addressed it offering a free upgrade and amenities to ensure our stay was as good if not better than what we had originally planned. Everything was lovely and we all had a wonderful time (family of 5) "
