"Nice place, was practical for the mall and catching an early bus from Albrook station. The room lived up to expectations, although we did find some big glass shards in the corner under one of the beds. The pool and the surrounding area can get crowded. The staff was very kind and helped us with our travel needs for the next day. Would definitely recommend the place and stay here again."

"Since it was with the Radisson group we expected a high standard, but found a sloppy hotel, where the level of communication and service was lacking to a degree that made us laugh. We tried 4 (sic) times to book a airport shuttle, but never got a confirmation and ended up with a taxi. "I don't understand the bad reviews. Just stayed there for 3 nights last month, and it was awesome. Zero complaints. Property was great, the staff was perfect, and the breakfast was large and varied. Ok, so the place could use a little touch up here and there with some paint or whatever, but honestly, that's a joke of a complaint that some of the bad reviews say. Again, the hotel is awesome.
