"This property is perfectly placed for skiers… beside a ski rental shop and bus stop. The apartment met our needs with a fridge/microwave/cook top plus a balcony. We had twin beds with puffy pillows and duvets. Staff were helpful and kind. Check in is at a different location (Alpen Spa resort), staff there were pleasant and kind, provided us with a glass of Preseco on arrival. The Spa at this resort is phenomenal… well worth 20 Swiss Francs for a day pass. "

"This is an outstanding hotel with nice accomodations, friendly staff, and excellent location at a great value. The pool and spa are nice, and the breakfast buffet is a great start to the day. It is conveniently located to the bus transportation to all of the slopes, and is an easy walk from the train station. The room itself was very clean and modern. Our family was truly delighted with our stay. If you are considering, don't hesitate!"

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"The apartment was ready when we arrived. Check-in was easy and quick. The apartment was clean and tidy. "

"Everything was excellent except the way to get to the hotel you need to walk up a steep hill prior to getting to the hotel. It is a little difficult for older individuals. "

"Everything was perfect with our stay. We are a traveling family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. Skiing was excellent and the food was awesome! The chalet had plenty of space. It was definitely worth the trip from Nebraska USA."

"Enjoyed the stay. Close proximity to Ski lifts and can hit all 4 Valles. Suggested to host to have give more notice on the deposit and have more avenues/ways to give him the deposit. He only wanted cash and I didnt have time to get cash being that I left the U.S.A. on a Sunday and he advised me of the cash deposit THAT Sunday morning. No Cashapp or Zelle option either.Host is VERY nice and helpful. Thank you, Jean. Enjoyed it."

"The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

"Die Wohnung ist schön gelegen und sehr nahe am Skilift. Dank dem Schräglift gelangt man auch zu Fuss schnell ins Dorfzentrum.Die Einrichtung bietet alles was man braucht und die Sofas sind schön gross. Wir haben uns als 4 Köpfige Familie mit Hund sehr wohlgefühlt! "

"Peter was a great host! Property description and listing accuracy was spot on. Clean, safe, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of room for a small group with individual bedrooms and spacious open areas to gather and enjoy downtime. This was the third consecutive stay in Zermatt, but one of the best since we were able to spend time together vs having separate hotel rooms. Great trip! Thank you Peter!"

"Great property for accessing all the activities we wanted to do - walking, hiking, cable cars, riding, free buses stop outside. Local restaurants and bars are very good. Easy walk form Montana to Crans. Spectacular scenic view from the balcony. useful information given by the host, re arrival and check in information. Also info on The Explorer Card available to visitors - great for the cable cars. Hope we can visit again! "

Super hotel

"Vælger du Schloss Zermatt hotel får du et meget flot og behageligt ophold. Alt er godt. Oveni købet bliver der gratis serveret kaffe og lækre kager kl. 15.00. Det var en dejlig overraskelse for mig. Welness afdelingen er også dejlig luxus. Der er fri bar af sund the af forskellig slags og kolde drikke med citron og is.+ sunde snacks. Saltterapi rummet er meget stort og de forskellige saunaer ligeså. morgenbuffeen er helt fantastisk. Mange sunde ting at vælge imellem. Her er noget for alles smag. Der er blandt de mangre lækre sager også hjemmelavet oste og pølser fra egnens specialiteter. Jeg vil helt sikkert vælge dette hotel igen hvis jeg kommer til Zermat. Det ligger så tæt på stationen at du kan gå dertil på 5 min. Hele personalegruppen er meget imødekommende og venlige."
