"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"Our host Peter was informative, helpful, and answered all of our questions in a timely matter. He was VERY helpful with the check in process and instructing us on how to navigate the town efficiently. The house is beautiful, well kept, with amazing views. It was very relaxing with bath robes for relaxation and the kitchen had everything we needed! If I could give them ten stars I would! "

"We have really enjoyed staying in Berenice apartment during Christmas Holiday. The apartment is located at a wonderful location with a stunning view of the Matterhorn. It is also very well equipped for a comfortable stay. Berenice is very friendly, helpful and patient to answer all our questions, and offer tips before and during our stay. I highly recommend staying at Berenice place if it is available when visiting Zermatt!"
