"Obviously new rooms but amenities were still being developed. Great staff make up for this. Found both service charges and rooms quite pricey after being in Kuala Lumpar 5 Star hotels and were a lot cheaper than Sheraton Aggies. Found booking by internet Expedia cheaper than if you book by telephone or locally. At least a third cheaper, I asked they couldn’t explain why?"

"The staff at Le Uaina beach resort are incredible, very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms are very comfortable, I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, with different selection of fresh fruit and other food options to choose from each day. The lunch and dinner menu’s have great options to choose from also well done chef. I am already looking forward to my next stay at Le Uaina beach resort. "

"Quite a few things didnt go right. I had asked for a taxi to be arranged upon my arrival and i was completely ghosted by the staff before arrival. Had to book my own taxi late at night after arrival with a cranky child and zero communication from the hotel. Bathroom being outside is very weird. Not my cup of tea and had i known the bathroom was outdoors, i would have reconsidered my stay. Lastly, there is no wifi in your room and the one in the lobby doesnt work. "A Danish family of four travelling the world. Below my honest thoughts on our stay which was 6 nights all together. Pool and beach area as expected. Rooms a little dated and below our expectations. Friendliness of staff is good. Resort restaurants very expensive for what I would rate as standard food. Burger for example is 46 tala. "While the staff and ammenities were nice there were a few things we didn’t like about the property. We’ve stayed here before and there have been some changes. There are more rooms built and while they are sizeable, the room we stayed in didn’t have sufficient air conditioning. It was almost impossible to cool the whole room.
