"This was our 3. stay and it has totally CHANGED. We got a room smelling so bad of smoking and no excuse. The location is FANTASTIC by the beach and the smiling girl at the restaurant at night are wonderful. But the staff manager she is full of stories. We bought friends from Europe this time and they were treated so bad-like running after them at the beach with the bill for drinks they already had payed to another waiter. We paid a bill and and then they charged the same bill with our friends...

"Loved Oyster Bay resort. The room we stayed in was spacious and a bit worn but clean. The shower needs updating off the master and the water pressure was low. The staff were mostly friendly. The food was good except options limited on Valentine day dinner and Thurs buffet was not great for the amount of money charged the buffet food was very salty. "We were very impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. The check in went smoothly and our unit was ready for us. The resort is very clean and the staff made sure it stayed that way.
