"Everything was fine except the facility itself is a little run down. My shower curtain was loose and and tilted it was hard to keep the showered curtain in place to keep the water from flooding the bathroom. I was traveling alone and I did feel very comfortable and safe while on the premises. "

"Motel layout - the room was nice and clean, bed and pillows were super comfortable. Fast food and stores nearby. Little river out back. Plenty of parking space. Staff was easy to check-in and check-out with. Water pressure in the shower was good, plenty of hot water, drain worked great. Toilet flush was powerful. "On check in I found the "smart card" keys were tricky and went back to the lobby to say I couldn't get the key to work at all. It was sensed by lock flashed red. The clerk gave me key to a different room, and I had trouble getting that one to work but after several tries, succeeded. It seems the key must be held in a particular orientation and location and maybe moved to the lock a certain way. You should make the locks work easier or explain better to guests how to make the fussy mechanism...
