The rooms were amazing, stuffed with amenities, the heated floors in the bathroom and the big tub and shower made it hard for us to leave the room. The spa on the property has the best RMT message we've ever had and the stream room and roof top hot tubs were beautiful. Can't wait to be back and spend more time at this amazing lodge. "

"The Fairmont at Christmas - so festive and beautiful!! Shout out to Roman at the Nutcracker Lounge and Martin at the Wildflower and Holly at the Chalet! They were all super friendly and their service was excellent! And we are already missing our daily breakfast in the 8th floor lounge (the best cappuccinos and bread puddings). "

"Had a wonderful time at this property. The room was luxurious and clean. We had a one bedroom suite. It was very spacious. Staff was very nice. The only negative is that it is too kid friendly. It was just me and my wife. The kids were rather plentiful and were a little too noisy and active in the breakfast area and especially in the pool, hot tub area."
