"Lovely hotel - we had the executive double with sea view - very comfortable king size bed, nice white bed and bathroom linen, large room with two bucket chairs and great sea view, tea/coffee, lovely clean bathroom with very hot water and great shower. Excellent breakfast and bar snacks. All staff from cleaning, reception, bar and breakfast room extremely friendly and helpful. Didn’t use the spa but looked nice and very popular. "Beautiful stay at these gorgeous sea view apartments. The hotel reception staff were so friendly and helpful and we had a lovely surprise of some delicious complimentary cupcakes when we entered the apartment. The apartment itself had everything we needed for our stay and for my elderly father-in-law who now struggles with stairs, the added bonus of a lift that takes you straight into the apartment. "Overall enjoyed our stay. Loved the hot tub. Beds were comfy. The house was well equipped and well supplied with all the essentials. It was in a good location not far from the italian gardens and lovely views of scarborough bay. Only downside we found the sofas quite uncomfortable which was a shame as everything else was good."
