"Overall okay. But not 5 stars hotel at all! Bad service at the restaurants, long waiting Lines for the buffet. Not clean service at the restaurant. Staff that was not very welcoming In the main buffet and beach buffet and reception. Pick up luggage did not come either, and food at the hotel were not very interesting at all. "

"I think it had lot great things to do and the tube outside is nice touch. I do believe they don’t clean everything good, example: they would come “clean” everyday but the sink and the mirrors and the tube outside had same water stains the whole week. The elevators were not working at all in my building. Come to find out most buildings were like that and to get to the main lobby you need to take the stairs. The time we went the elevator to go up was broken so maybe it’s not as wheelchair...
