"Great location for exploring the area which is so beautiful and varied. Sad the hotel is currently closed. Nice grounds, great outdoor unheated pool. Our lodge was spacious, cosy and clean for 6 people, if rather tired and dated , a few kitchen items down, and only had a one ring cooker. We gave various after -stay feedback to tve host about eg defunct microwave left outside tve property, . We would go again, as lots of plusses but choose a better -equipped lodge with the same company."

"The caravan was nice except for a few things like the blinds in kitchen were very grimy as was the top of the cupboards , kettle needed descaling , toaster was cracked , oven needed cleaning or it was just badly marked , sink in bathroom cracked . The outside furniture was old and worn and needed cleaning or replacing , the outside of caravan itself needed cleaning and the ground around the caravan was full of weeds and not attractive .
