No offer of a solution - an extra clean maybe! - took multiple pictures on arrival and tried to share them with her but she just was not interested. We left two days early. Furthermore - trying to find a way to raise this with Stayz directly was impossible. All in all the worst stay we've had anywhere and the only time i've ver written a negative review of anything."
