"We had a great stay - the house was fantastic as we all had our own space and the location was excellent within walking distance to the beach and the shops Would highly recommend that you advise guests that if you have a car to arrange a parking permit with The Waverley Council as street parking is very expensive Also please note that the bins were full and on the street and the neighbours were not happy about this and we had a visit from The Waverley Council on this "

"We had an amazing time staying so close to all the beaches nearby, especially Bondi. The property was clean and pictures were just like the property. We enjoyed the backyard/garden and saw several beautiful birds. Parking was very easy. When the listing said it had air conditioning, there is only 1 unit in the dining/main area.
