Lejligheder i Valle de Vinales

"Casa Lucilo y Nirma was a fantastic place. Very cozy, nice rooftop, best bed and best breakfast I have had in Cuba, Lucilo and Nirma are very nice and it felt a bit like home with the two sweet dogs Nola and Bruno. The place deserves 5 stars but I can only give 4 stars since their son(?)/person in Miami double the price for airport transfer twice. I wrote to the number on Hotels.com to arrange airport transfer. On Hotels.com it said the price was x dollars roundtrip. He wrote back it was an old price on Hotels.com and it was double the price roundtrip instead. I researched and I could see it was still a fair price so I said ok. 6 days before arrival I texted him to confirm. I got an answers 3 days later and then he said I had misunderstood him and the price was double price but each way (even though I had a message from him where he said it was for a roundtrip). And because of the late respond, it was too late to cancel my reservation at the casa. That is very bad customer service! I ended up canceling the airport transfer and I found a much cheaper one. So don’t use their airport transfer."

"Staying at Wilber house was an amazing experience. This is largely due to the kindbess and hospitality of the host. Yamy was the perfect host. She explained and organized everyrhing we asked her, withpit being pushy. We really felt welcomwd in her house in a kind and natural eay, that just seems to be her nature. Can’t recommend enough!
