"Perfect location, nice staff and wonderful city. "

"The place is a little worn-out and needs restoration. We were 6 people but only had bedding and robes for 4. At check-out we were told to pay for the accomodation, but we had already done that at the booking portal. It took the staff 20 minutes to work out, and I had to show bank statements etc. Not even an excuse afterwards. Not was I expected from a hotel of this standard."
