Enkel, men alligevel sofistikeret, La Casita, en stor (1000 kvadratfod) et soveværelse Condo er kun en kort gåtur fra den dejlige hvide sandstrande i Playa La Ropa og dens fem stjernede restauranter.

La Casita ligger kun få skridt under den smukke infinity pools af La Casa que Ve al Mar, med sin dejlige haver og fabelagtig udsigt over bugten. Det er en romantisk tilflugtssted for to, en verden for sig. Du kan dagdrømme, læse, blunde eller blot stirre på sejlbåde danser i bugten fra terrassen. Den private parkeringsplads ligger bekvemt tæt på La Casita.

Indendørs og har en stue, en king-size seng, et walk-in closet, et rummeligt badeværelse og en meget flot hyggeligt køkken. Køkkenet med dens marmor tællere, er meget veludstyret med alt for at tilberede dine måltider. Eller du kan gå ud og tage del i de mange fantastiske lokale restauranter i alle prisklasser.

La Casita har loft fans, to klimaanlæg, en stak-stand vaskemaskine og tørretumbler enhed, to fjernsyn og rengøring tre gange om ugen.

Det er en magisk Zihuatanejo oplevelse.

Great apartment with beautiful views
This was our second stay at Casa Que Ve el Mar. Once again, the property was perfectly clean, quiet and comfortable with the above mentioned gorgeous views. Kitchen was well stocked, bed was comfortable. Property manager Dulce was lovely and promptly responsive to all of our needs. Can’t wait to come back!

Very Nice!
We would have given all 5 star except that the only TV is in the master bedroom (listing said 2 tv's). Once the sun sets, we do like to watch a movie or something while sitting upright. The kitchen has a cooktop with a counter oven. Very good pots, pans, cutlery etc. Kitchen does lack a bit of storage for food. Steve and Lynnette (and Dulce) were immediately on top of all our questions. First class people to deal with. The home very tidy and clean. The bed was very comfortable (previous reviewer said that it was not comfortable). There was a problem with the living room a/c and they had a tech on site within a day to repair. We did not need this a/c because there was always a great breeze that blew through the home. This home is the lowest unit in the A building, so the views are not as good as the higher units (but it still has great views!). The pools are great! Sometimes, from your outdoor patio you can notice that the pool level is just above you. A 10 minute walk down the road will get you to some great restaurants, the beach or playing pickleball at the new 4 court facility behind Oxxo. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home!

Just right
Perfect size for us for our stay. We absolutely loved the view and had everything we needed. Grounds and pool area were beautifully maintained. Short but hilly walk to beach - good to get some exercise. Everything is a quick combi or taxi ride away.

Not going to return
Pros: Nice view. Good location. Nice pools. Functional but small kitchen. Good A/C. The town and people of Zihuatanejo are kind, beautiful and friendly. Lots of great stores and streets you can get lost in with local food and markets which are awesome. La Ropa and Las Gatas(which you can walk to) are clean and nice. Cons: 102A. Do not stay here if you want peace and quiet! Read on if you want the breakdown. Noise from your neighbours who you are sharing a wall with is unbearable. You will be awakened and bothered all day and night with coughing from next door combined with sporadic barking from a small yappy dog. Earplugs won’t help you drown it out. Only one TV in the bedroom not two as previously advertised. 2 cleanings instead of 3 a week as previously advertised. The neighbours are unfriendly and let there dog defecate on the lawn in front of you and leave it there. 18 year old mattress will kill your back. Owners are aware of the coughing issue/dog and continue to rent it. Unfortunately I can only add 1500 characters but could go on. If you want a tranquil, peaceful vacation room go elsewhere. The owner is very concerned about getting a bad review so their business doesn’t suffer. I want to be clear and honest so others will not suffer like we did for two weeks. The coughing/hacking is still ringing in my ears and our backs are going to take a long time to recover. You cannot sit out on your deck and enjoy the view with the cougher. We will not return.

Perfect Stay in Zihuatenejo
The communication with hosts (Lynnette and Steve) in advance of our stay (and during our stay) was immediate, helpful and accommodating. The unit was well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the ocean view from the patio was impressive. The building is very well maintained with two impressive pools. The staff are helpful and friendly. Zihua is an impressive place and the location of the unit is very close to the best beaches, restaurants and the main city of Zihua. We are already planning our return. Thanks Steve and Lynette.

Excellent property
My husband I I booked to stay for our first visit to Zihua in October 2023. The condo was wonderful! The two pools are perfect and both with views of the bay. We loved just hanging over the ledge to the infinity pool at watching the boats go by. Views from the porch of the condo are also wonderful. The kitchen amenities are top notch! Everything is is great condition and every pan, utensil, gadget is there. The freezer makes ice in no time to keep up with the margarita production. The bed is very comfortable and air conditioning in the bedroom worked a charm. All the staff were great and helpful, other residents also very friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Note - its very quiet and chill....not a party pad.

Pretty much perfect
This is an excellent property. My husband and I stay almost exclusively in VRBO properties when we travel and we agree this is one of the best. Bed is large and comfortable. There is a nice walk in closet for storage. Shower has plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Kitchen is stocked with literally everything you could possibly need. (Every property claims to have a well stocked kitchen but this one really does.) The view from the balcony is beautiful. Pool area looks great (though we didn't use it much). The washer/dryer is a great convenience. Just one note... the condo is located up a VERY steep hill. It's not a big deal to walk down to the beach if you have good knees but the walk back up is a challenge. That said, there are plenty of taxies if needed and they don't try to rip you off. Overall we would absolutely recommend this property and will stay here again if we are every back in Zihua.

Beautiful Condo
We stayed in this lovely condo for a week and would recommend it and stay again. It has been completely stocked with almost everything you would need. The owners have really put a lot of thought into making it a comfortable place. Everything seemed new including new towels, cutlery and wonderful sharp kitchen knives. The views are wonderful and the breezes were enough that we only need to use the A/C at night in the bedroom. Harriet was a dream to communicate with and we had no issues at all. Gracious!

Absolutely wonderful!
We have just returned from our Zihau vacation and staying in this wonderful condo. This was our 7th trip to Ixtapa/Zihautanejo and we have decided that this year was our favorite. The condo is perfect in every way, the view is amazing and we absolutely loved the pools. It is just a short walk down to Playa LaRopa (taxi back up the hill to give them the business and our legs a rest!) for the beach and wonderful restaurants. One day two inflatible pool hammocks showed up (very much used and appreciated) and another day a 6-pack of Modelo. We were told that these were sent by the condo owners! We are definitely going to be booking this condo again next year. Thank you for offering such a great place to stay.

Beautiful quiet retreat
Wonderful place to stay close to the beach. The property manager Harriet is fabulous. She was extremely easy to communicate with and has so much knowledge about everything! I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Sunsets
Watching the sunset every evening while here was a joy and a pleasure. Not a one disappointed. The property was peaceful and serene, close enough to walk to the beach if desired. The two infinity pools were refreshing and never crowded. Everything was tidy and clean. Kitchen was stocked sufficiently and there were plenty of towels. It was a good experience overall and I would recommend the condo. Harriet and Dulce were 100% responsive to any questions or needs. Views to die for!

We enjoyed our stay at casa The pictures are just like the condo. Easy check in and easy check out. Short walk to the beach. Pools are great . Walk or cab to downtown We did walk down once. But took a cab back and forth after. Mega store not far away. We love zihua and really enjoyed the condo. Would stay there again.

The views are great but the property is tired Looks like it really hasn't been updated since inception and really does need some upgrades. TV has very basic channels, appliances work and WIFI is fine

Can't go wrong staying here!
La Casa Que Ve Al Mar is a really juicy destination! Infinity pools, views, location... Wow! Short walk to Playa La Ropa, and good exercise coming back up. Even the walking over the hill to Playa Madera is great. Shuttles are convenient when you need to get to Central quickly. You will love this place, and Dulce is a sweetheart. We made new friends and will be returning in a few months.

Zihua in April
Good location, walking distance to Playa Laropa and downtown. Climbing the hill home was great exercise. We were met at the condo upon arrival. Apartment was well stocked for cooking & essentials. Washer & Dryer worked well. The infinity pools were lovely with a view that is world class. The only reason this was 4 stars was because the bed wasn’t the best but we are finding that seems the way in Mexico!

Nice condo complex
The unit was very much a rustic Mexican condo and not modernized like most units at the complex. The front patio was fantastic. The infinity pools were wonderful to cool off from the hot sun. We had a few repair issues when we arrived but the complex manager, Dulce, was very attentive and had them fixed in a blink of an eye. The kitchen is compact and not overly conducive to cooking meals. If you plan to eat out at night it is just fine for breakfast and lunch. We liked the location of the unit in the complex. Close to the pools and not too high up the hill.
