"We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready, which is of course fully understandable. But when we came back after check-in start time, we still had to wait a while for the room, which shouldn’t have been necessary. Parking is crazy expensive, but that seems to be the case in all Vancouver, so not a reflection of this place per se. The sofa bed in the room was not at all suitable for anyone to sleep in - it was literally not a mattress but a steel wire construction with a blanket and sheet on top....

"Hotel is every well located, service is excellent but its just too expensive, most big city hotels are getting that way in whichever big city you go. I am not sure it is necessary to be that expensive, makes it hard to want to come back and leaves you with a feeling that you could have done better. "

"It is a rough looking part of town but not far from Van East. Van East is cool but if you want to go downtown you'll need bus or cab fare. "

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Easy walk to shopping, aqua bus, and Stanley park. The rooftop bar was super cool with live music and deliciously crafted cocktails."

"Nice stay. The room was comfortable even though it was decorated old school, the shared bathroom was clean all the time and the location was perfect in the middle of downtown Vancouver. Overall a pleasant stay."

"Hotellet er slidt. Der bliver kun redt seng og gjort rent, hvis man har sat sig ind i de skilte, som kan sættes på dørhåndtaget. Opvarmingen sker med meget gammel og utæt varmepumpe. På den side vi boede på, var der døgnet rundt brummende maskinstøj fra mediehuset på den anden side af gaden. "
