"…only one key fob kinda, well… yeah, actually “ruined” the trip as one of the two of us had to constantly head back to let the other person in. Frankly, I would have stayed at home had I known this was going to be the case. At least two nights wasted on a five night trip. Nice enough manager. But one key? I’d say pass unless your group will absolutely always be together."

"It was a wonderful place to stay. We sat in the glass-walled living room, before the fireplace, and enjoyed views of the water and downtown. The host, Iman, came to check us in - even though our plane arrived two hours late in the evening, and showed us around. "My family and I enjoyed our extended stay here. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our visit - great communion and made everything easy for us. The location and view of Coal Harbour Marina were excellent. Building staff was also friendly and the on-site gym and parking were really nice amenities."

"The hotel is very nice, with an excellent gym. There are, however, a couple of things we found disappointing: first, the bed was really uncomfortable—the worst we’ve encountered in years. Second, there wasn’t very good communication about items such as what was expected of us in terms cleaning (eg taking out recycling), or how things worked in the hotel (eg are towels provided at the pool-yes). On the plus side: it was really clean, has a great location, and was well appointed. "
