"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely resort. My only complaint would be the staff at Poisons on the Beach restaurant. The food was very good, but the service was inconsistent - we either sat ignored for 10 minutes or had water and menus as soon as we sat down. Regardless of how busy it was. The servers were very nice, just seemed rather disorganized and at times disinterested. The bar staff was worse. We were often served after people who arrived after us were served, the bartenders...

Staff that was not very welcoming In the main buffet and beach buffet and reception. Pick up luggage did not come either, and food at the hotel were not very interesting at all. "

"I loved this property. The pool was amazing and the beach was beautiful and sandy with lots of trees that were providing natural shade. The staff was very friendly. Yes, the hotel is a little older and maybe not so modern but it was very clean and our room had everything we needed. Dining options were decent. Buffet was great with lots of food options. My kids loved the magic show and the pool foam party! The one thing that was annoying were the locals at the main swimming area constantly trying...

"My second visit to Coco La Palm and it did not disappoint. Very clean rooms! Clean and well kept property. Being directly on the beach is why I stay here. The staff is second to none. Extremely friendly and courteous. Felt very safe here! If you’re looking for an authentic Jamaican experience, this is the place to go. I’ll be back next year! "
