"We had amazing 8 days at Iberostar Cozumel. We had an issue regarding the drinking culture at and in the pool. Guests starts drinking alchohol in the pool before noon and some guests bring food in the pool too. We were very satisfied with the food and the surroundings. The animation team did an amazing job and all staff are very friendly and helpful. Diving and snorkling facilities are amazing."

"Ok hotel, with a very central placement. There were a few minusses though. The wifi was hardly there, only worked 10pct of the time - and that with a BAD connection! Also there was quite a lot of noice from both the main street party music, and drunk people hanging out in the hotels common balconies. The cleaning wasn’t too good either - the sheets weren’t changed until our 6’th night, even though they obvious stains, and they weren’t even shook free of sand"

"Property was clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We did not do the all inclusive package as there are many very good restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was included. All inclusive was $65 dollars a day per person if we would have chose to do so. Our only suggestion to the hotel is to have music at the pool and beach during the day. Not loud but a little music would have been nice."
