"We made a reservation within 6 hours of checking in. Hotel feels safe from the moment entering, attentive staff, Bellmam tagged luggage until check in time, cam/walking distance from Down town. "I think when you sell this type of room for 4 people it should have a decent sleep couch - it did not. In fact, it way really unacceptable and for that reason everything else (even if really good and with nice service) it just makes it harder to enjoy when half of the family sleeps poorly."

"The Jade Mountain Resort is spectacular. My wife and I stayed in one of the sanctuary suites and it was unbelievable. The view of the Piton Mountains and Caribbean is breathtaking. The service and food is top notch. There are many activities like scuba and sailing. Fyi. there are no elevators. The resort is built on the side of a mountain. You must be able to handle a lot of stairs. I highly recommend this resort hotel. "

"The balcony room was clean and worth the upgrade. The resort is smaller, but we liked that about it. It was easy to just pop up to the hotel room if we needed to grab something. It also seemed less crowded. The pools were nice and not overly crowded...just cold. Great selection of dining. I wish there was a swim up bar or another outdoor bar. "

"My stay was fine. I was expecting much better based on reviews that I read. The made to order breakfast was good. Happy hours were good too. Rooms were ok. I called for clogged toilet and left for day but looks like front desk forgot to address it. When we came back after 6 hours and reported it again then the issue was resolved. The convenience store near hotel was a good option. Overall a decent stay. "
