"It is a nice place, private beach. They have to work with the food in the island. No pizza at the island at all. Time that the food starts at the island is 11:00 AM. People join the boat by 9:00 AM arrival at the island by 9:20 AM have to wait until 11:00 AM to get something for eating."

"I think when you sell this type of room for 4 people it should have a decent sleep couch - it did not. In fact, it way really unacceptable and for that reason everything else (even if really good and with nice service) it just makes it harder to enjoy when half of the family sleeps poorly."

"I had a great stay at this place—it was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. One big plus was the washer and dryer, which is a rare and helpful extra. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room included a fridge, microwave, and a small kitchen area fully stocked with dish soap, a sponge, laundry detergent, and fabric softener. Everything was well thought out. I can truly say the stay was excellent, and I would definitely return. If you're planning to visit, I recommend renting a car so...

"The buffet was the highlight of the food for the resort. I would recommend just going to the buffet and not the on site dinner restaurants as they are just mediocre. Staff was friendly and it was overall a wonderful vacation. Would have been nice of the resort to offer a free shuttle to and from the airport."

"The swim up room was amazing! Most of the staff (except one) was great! I can't remember all of the names, but shout outs to: Manuel, Juana, Rafelina, Santiago, Miguel, the lobby bar bartenders, the staff at the steakhouse and Sea & Sea! FYI, Hennessy and Remy are only served at the lobby bar. The food could have been better and we never got our complimentary bottle of wine after many broken promises to deliver it. Because of the tentativeness of the staff, I would consider a 2nd visit. "
